At this time, we do not bill insurance directly, however some insurance plans offer out of network coverage, and you can request reimbursement for counseling services if you choose.  We do accept FSA or HSA cards if your plan offers a flexible spending account option.    

Our standard rates for 45-50 minute sessions during regular business hours are as follows: 

75 Minute initial consult $150

Individual 50 min counseling sessions: $100

Couples counseling: $125 per 50 minute session

Family counseling: $125 per 50 minute session

*75 or 90 minute sessions are available upon request and fee can be adjusted accordingly.

Our after hours (evening or weekend sessions) is $125 per 50 minute session and availability is limited. 

Regular business hours are Monday-Friday 9:30 AM-4:30 PM, however scheduling availability varies some week to week.  Weekend or evening hours vary.

Our office is located in Middletown off Shelbyville Road in the Franklin Square Condos. If you enter the complex from Old Harrods Creek Road, our building is the second building on the right (closest to Big Bad Breakfast and Taco City restaurants). The address is 11603 Shelbyville Rd., Louisville, KY 40243.
