Do you accept insurance?
At this time, we do not bill insurance directly, however some insurance plans offer out of network coverage, and you can request reimbursement for counseling services if you choose. We do accept FSA or HSA cards if your plan offers a flexible spending account option.
What is your fee for services?
Our standard rates for 45-50 minute sessions during regular business hours are as follows:
Individual counseling: $100
Couples counseling: $125
Family counseling: $125
Our after hours (evening or weekend sessions) is $120 per session and availability is limited.
What are your regular business hours?
Regular business hours are Monday-Friday 9:30 AM-4:30 PM, however scheduling availability varies some week to week. Weekend or evening hours vary.
Where is your office located?
Our office is located in Middletown off Shelbyville Road in the Franklin Square Condos. If you enter the complex from Old Harrods Creek Road, our building is the second building on the right (closest to Zeggs and Taco City restaurants). The address is 11603 Shelbyville Rd., Louisville, KY 40243.
